Fundraising Partnership Program
Is an easy and effective way for schools, churches, and non-profit groups to raise money. You sell consumers top-quality, environmentally safe car washes and keep all of the profits for your organization. With ECO CAR WASH'S Fundraising Partnership Program, you will provide customers a practical gift that they need and want.
It's the best of all worlds!
Who qualifies?
- Schools
- Churches
- Non-profit Organizations
How does it work?
You purchase ECO CAR WASH booklets below the wholesale price. Then you sell the coupons and keep 100% of the profits. There are absolutely no additional costs or hidden fees. It's that easy!
You buy coupons at the discounted price of $2.50 per car wash. That’s a 50% savings off of the regular price of $5.00! The coupons come in booklets of 5, making each booklet $12.50. You sell the booklets for $20.00 each (a $5.00 savings for the customers!) and profit $7.50 on each book! Basically, you buy the booklets for less than the wholesale price and sell them for less than the retail cost. Everyone saves with the ECO CAR WASH Fundraising Program!
ECO Car Wash vs. “Do-It-Yourself
Unlike parking lot "do-it-yourself" car washes, ECO CAR WASH is safe for the environment. Parking lot car washes waste water and force unsafe chemicals into our city's storm drains, ultimately polluting our rivers and streams.
On the other hand, ECO CAR WASH is environmentally safe and approved by auto manufacturers. ECO CAR WASH recycles 100% of its water so no water is ever wasted.
Plus, ECO CAR WASH only uses biodegradable soaps and polishes. All oils and petro-chemicals are separated and disposed of properly, so harmful waste never enters storm drains or rivers.
Save your energy and your environment by fundraising with ECO CAR WASH!

SCRIP PROGRAM
The $crip program, which is the sale of gift certificates from a long list of area grocery, retail, and other stores, is a program sponsored and coordinated by the Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation. This growing program is in its eighth year.
Participation in the scrip program is easy. Each week, orders are placed by parents and community members who leave an order form and a check payable to GBEF (Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation) at their neighborhood school for the $crip that they wish to purchase. On Thursday or Friday of that same week, depending on the wishes of the purchaser, the gift certificates are then sent home with students or are picked up at the school. The $crip is then be used just like cash at the store.
The majority of the funds generated from the sale of scrip are returned to parent groups of the participating schools to use for the school projects of their choice. Examples of projects funded with scrip proceeds include, the construction of jogging trails, installation of reader board signs, and support for music programs. At the high school level, and at some middle schools, individual students can use proceeds from the sales they generate to cover sports, school club, and testing fees.
The best part of the $crip fundraising program is that no one is asked to spend money they aren’t already spending. When a district patron buys groceries and other items from participating retailers, it doesn’t cost anything extra, but the school and Foundation benefit from the profit that comes from buying the gift certificates at a volume discount.
