What should I expect when I arrive at ECO Car Wash?
You will be greeted by our friendly, trained staff of car wash professionals. All you need to do is put your vehicle in neutral and turn off your break when asked, and relax as we guide you through our simple process. We clean the exterior of your vehicle with gentle, super soft cloth washers and mild cleaning solutions. Your wheels and tires will be cleaned, and your vehicle will be rinsed and gently air dried – all automated by our computer controlled, 3 minute EXPRESS car wash.
Should I remain in my vehicle?Yes! For safety reasons, there must be a driver at the wheel. All ECO Car Wash locations use extensive lighting and lots of glass to create a comfortable, wide – open environment. Our professional staff will give you easy to follow instructions, answer any questions you might have, and guide you through our simple process. Just relax!
Do you accept credit cards?Yes! We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Our computer controlled water management system uses an average of 25 - 45 gallons of fresh water for each wash, in addition to the 100 gallons of recycled water. Compare this to the 100 to 150 gallons of water used when washing a car by hand.
Do you recycle your water?
Yes! We recycle 100% of our water.
Are the cleaning solutions you use to wash my car bad for the environment?At ECO, we use only biodegradable wash solutions. We collect the used cleaning solutions and make sure the water is safely reused or treated. This helps save the environment and our precious water supply. If you wash your car at home, you don't have these environmental safeguards. The chemicals you use seep into the ground water supply and natural waterways.

What is the safest way to wash my car? Hand washing or 100% soft cloth automatic washing at ECO?The answer may be surprising. Most people believe that hand washing is better. Two university studies and thousands of professional car washers, including ECO, know the answer. Automatic washing with 100% soft cloth is far superior to hand washing.
What types of vehicles can ECO wash?ECO washes most cars, vans, and trucks up to 90 inches in height. Unfortunately, ECO cannot wash trucks with dual wheels or 5th wheel trailer hitches with visible grease.
Is ECO Car Wash safe for newly painted cars?Yes! We use super soft cloth wash materials and mild cleaners. However, the paint should be allowed to cure before washing. Please consult with your body shop for curing times. (Paint on new vehicles is fully cured before delivery.)
Can ECO wash my pick-up truck?ECO can almost certainly wash your truck. All we ask is that the pick-up bed be empty before going through the wash. This is for the safety of you, your vehicle, and other customers.
Is ECO Car Wash safe for my convertible?Yes! Please make sure that the roof is properly latched.
Is ECO Car Wash safe for my alloy wheels?Yes! Most auto manufacturers caution against automatic washes that use acids or tire brushes on polished aluminum wheels. At ECO, our acid free, foaming wheel applicator is a highly concentrated cleaner and de-greaser that will not stain or scratch your wheels or tires. This highly foaming applicator sticks to your wheels and tires to ensure 100% clean.
How is ECO Car Wash safe for my wheels? We do not prep your wheels before they enter the car wash. We have state of the art foaming wheel sprayers. The foaming wheel applicator is a highly concentrated cleaner and de-greaser. This foaming applicator covers 100% of your wheel and tire, ensuring a clean and bright result.
Will my cracked windshield be safe at ECO? Yes! However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised even by the slightest chip or crack, it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. You may wash your vehicle with a damaged windshield, but keep in mind that cracks or chips may expand. It is always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.
Is my antenna safe at ECO? All power antennas must be lowered before washing. All other antennas are OK.
Is my bug shield safe at ECO? ECO Car Wash is not responsible for after market accessories of any kind. Most customers who have bug shields wash their vehicles with no incident. However, problems can arise if the shield has already been damaged by rock chips, or by stress cracks around the installation screws, or if it is made from low-grade plastic.

What kind of cleaning products does ECO use? ECO Car Wash only uses bio-degradable soaps and polishes that contain no acids or caustics. All of our cleaning products are safe for your vehicle and the environment.
What is the difference between "brushless" and "touchless?" The ECO brushless, 100% soft cloth wash gently cleans your car using safe, bio-degradable soaps and polishes. A "touchless" car wash does not use a direct-contact cleaning method, but instead uses acid-based chemicals and high pressure water. This can be damaging to the vehicles finish, glass, and wheels. Some of these chemicals can be harmful to customers, employees, and even the environment.
Will ECO clean the inside of my car? ECO Car Wash offers "exterior-only" service. However, we do provide self-service vacuums, and select locations have self-service carpet shampoo and mat washers.
How can I get a "showroom shine" on my car? For over 35 years, car dealers and auto auctions have been using approved wash systems just like ours to mirror factory luster and shine. ECO Car Wash has developed a 3-minute EXPRESS process that can return any car to the showroom floor.
Will frequent washing ruin the finish on my car? No! Actually, most car manuals explain that frequent washing at professional car washes with clear coat treatments and polishes protect your car from the damaging effects of UV rays and harmful pollutants.
Why do I need to have the Under Carriage Flush? The underside of your vehicle is vulnerable to harmful pollutants. Every time you drive through a puddle, contaminants are damaging your vehicle's underbody. Without routine maintenance, rust will spread regardless of factory protection. Our unique process rinses, flushes, and protects the undercarriage and then applies a rust inhibitor, which helps prevent the harmful effects of rust.
Will the Under Carriage Flush harm my vehicle's electronics? No! The under carriage treatment will not effect the electronics of your vehicle. It is designed to be a full coverage, low pressure rinse and rust protecting process.
What is the difference between the Triple Polish Plus and Wax? The Triple Polish Plus is a non-abrasive super cleaner and polish, not a wax. Triple Polish Plus helps remove stains and adds luster to your vehicle's existing finish.
What is my vehicle's clear coat finish? Why is it important? The clear coat finish gives your vehicle a "showroom shine" and protects the base coat from damage. ECO advises you to regularly clean and condition your vehicle's clear coat finish to ensure ultimate protection and luster.
How do I protect my vehicle's clear coat finish? The best way to protect your vehicle's clear coat is to visit one of ECO's many locations on a regular basis. Regular application of our Double Clear Coat Sealant creates a barrier that helps protect your vehicle's finish from harmful UV rays and airborne contaminants, as well as acids, tree saps, bugs, and bird droppings…All of which cause damage to your vehicle's factory clear coat. Our protective sealant lasts up to 30 days on your vehicle's finish. We recommend that you make it part of your "routine maintenance" to include our Double Clear Coat Sealant when you visit one of our many locations.
What is FREE Vacuuming and how do I get it? At ECO we clean, protect and shine your vehicle?s exterior as well as your interior. Our interior, self-service, super-clean vacuums aid in removing all leaves, dirt and debris off of your mats and carpets. Now, with the purchase of ECO?s Triple Polish plus Car Wash you will receive 5 minutes of FREE Vacuuming. You will be given One ECO super-clean vacuum token for use in our ECO vacuums only. 1 token = 5 minutes of vacuuming.
What is The HANNA Guarantee? "We guarantee a clean car, or we will re-wash it FREE!" However, if your car is still not clean due to tar, grease or stains, you will need a professional detail. Otherwise, please consult an ECO attendant and he / she will further assist you.
