Management

Store Manager:
Management and cashier experience required

Assistant Manager:
Management and cashier experience required, $11.00 / Hour
Assistant Manager In Training: $9.25 - $10.00 / Hour
Quality and professionalism are constantly monitored. Every ECO Car Wash is mystery shopped monthly by a paid, unidentified "customer" who ranks and grades the ECO experience in areas such as customer greeting, employee attitude, uniform conformity and overall appearance, and the cleanliness and efficiency of the whole operation. Managers are rewarded for perfection.
Operations

Cashier experience required, $9.00 / Hour
Shift Leader:
Cashier experience required, $8.50 - $8.75 / Hour
